Brian G. Rosenberg
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Rosenberg is a successful entrepreneur and consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in development and implementation of software solutions. As a speaker and author, he has shared expertise on numerous topics including technology, business process improvement, leadership, entrepreneurship, fraud prevention, change management, and shared services. As a change leader, he has led the selection and implementation of major transformation projects for many of the largest healthcare providers in the United States.
In 1999, Mr. Rosenberg founded a software implementation and business advisory firm that helped companies to implement and optimize enterprise software solutions. Under Mr. Rosenberg’s leadership, the company grew to over 50 team members and was recognized by Inc. 1000 as one of the fastest growing companies in 2013. Mr. Rosenberg also received the Smart CEO Future 50 award as the Chief Executive Officer of that firm in 2012 and 2013.
In 2014, he sold that firm and relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been a guest lecturer at Baylor University and other prestigious business schools and was awarded the Distinguished Gentlemen of Nevada award in 2015. Mr. Rosenberg currently volunteers as Treasurer of a charter school in Las Vegas that serves English as a Second Language students.
Dr. Ralph Thomas
President and Chief Technology Officer
Ralph W. Thomas is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Education Revolution. He is a Ph.D. in Pure and Applied Mathematics and author of two books and over 80 articles on data science topics.
Dr. Thomas obtained a Bachelors and Masters in Mathematics from the University of Chicago where he won the Paul J. Cohen Award. He obtained another Masters degree in Mathematics from Princeton University, where he also was an instructor. Later, he received his Ph.D. from University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
Dr. Thomas is a recognized expert in business intelligence and data science in the gaming industry where he has been instrumental in the design of multiple technology solutions. He has been named as inventor on granted patents, as well as multiple provisional patents. He is a self-taught developer, having built enterprise data warehouse and BI Suite for Seminole gaming, and now the CReator/Maintainer of Socrates products.
Beyond his technical skills, Dr. Thomoas has also been revered in his entrepreneurial and leadership skills leading a large analytics and operational team at Seminole Gaming, managing multiple teams at VizExplorer, and co-managing the Socrates team.

Teacher Leadership, TESL, “Global Gaming”
Grace is a classroom innovator in Las Vegas, NV who utilizes educational technology to design standards-based curriculum. Her license specialty is in English Language Arts (ELA) and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Grace was born in the Philippines and moved to Chicago, IL as a child, before settling in Las Vegas, NV in 2000. After completing her dual baccalaureate in English and French at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2012, she started her career as a secondary English teacher in the Clark County School District. Grace went on to complete a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership with TESL endorsement at Sierra Nevada College in 2016.
As an educator, Grace creates original curriculum and materials utilizing educational apps and software. Grace has experience constructing differentiated lessons for a wide variety of student learning styles, including English Language Learners. Grace has authored a thesis titled “Global Gaming” which captured a problem and potential community solution. Her proposal suggests the use of gamification and gaming research and theory to diminish student affect while also increasing student learning, especially with ELL students. With her experience and background in curriculum design, Grace oversees content for LearnwithSocrates.com. An avid fan of games in and outside of the classroom, her favorites involve resource management and multiplayer cooperative strategies.
Usa "Candy" Rosenberg
VP Community Outreach
Usa Rosenberg has a long history as a successful entrepreneur and educator and is passionate about improving the education system. She has built and sold a successful retail and e-commerce business specializing in educational toys and games. She is also President of an import/export business located in Las Vegas. As an educator, she has helped to teach languages to children and adults. She is tri-lingual, reading and writing Mandarin, Thai, and English.
Her experience immigrating to the United States has encouraged her to help others, and as a result, she has assisted many aspiring Americans to obtain student, work, and investment visas. As a mother of three young children, she has been instrumental in the design and improvement of the Socrates project in its early stages. As a respected member of the community, she has been instrumental in building grassroots support for a new way to teach our children.

Zachary Brown is a leader in software development and implementation. Mr. Brown has a dynamic background from education to health care providing pivotal solutions to organizations. His creativity and hunger to solve problems create a synergistic force for delivery. Zachary W. A. Brown has nearly ten years of experience collaborating with organizations to develop meaningful solutions utilizing modern technology and leading process design. His adaptive approach and skillsets provide an instrumental toolkit for organizations seeking to bolster their resilience in an ever-changing technology environment.
As a former competitive gamer, Zachary Brown holds a deep understanding of the strategic approaches to games and the core components necessary for success. Being a board game and fantasy tabletop role-playing game enthusiast and creator Mr. Brown has played numerous titles and studied countless hours for campaigns of varying sizes.
